Poste proposé : Specialist Data and Reporting LeadWe are looking for a Specialist Data & Reporting Lead to gather, review, and validate HSE (health, safety and environmental) data, support its analysis and ensure a high level of data quality for internal and external reporting.

Reporting to our Manager Integrated Management System, you will be responsible for

Data management

- Supporting the execution of HSE processes (e.g., incident and action management) to ensure relevant HSE data and information are managed as per internal requirements.
- Managing and inputting HSE data in the relevant databank.
- Verifying information in the databank for accuracy and going back out to reporters where required.
- Monitoring information sources that would provide improvement to HSE processes.

Continuous improvement

- Supporting the analysis of HSE data and information and highlight any key trends.
- Supporting the introduction of software reporting data solutions.
- Identifying alternative ways to support reporting of HSE performance and any other information relevant to support HSE management.
- Modify and create forms, dashboards, and reports.

Reporting

- Reviewing and updating the dashboards/graphs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs.
- Assist with internal/external HSE reporting.

Software/Data Solutions

- Being the custodian/champion of specific systems that supports reporting

As a member of the HSE Management System team, you will also support the

- Implementation of HSE Management System tools
- Use of software solutions for the management of HSE transactions
- Correct use of the incident management process
- Management of HSE information (documents, data and records)

Profil recherché pour le poste : Specialist Data and Reporting LeadWhat You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree of Health and Safety, Science in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a HSE, sustainability, or data administration role.
- Experience is most important around incident management, data collection and HSE systems.
- Experience managing data flows and turning into visible performance management.
- Fluent in French and/or English will be advantageous.
